In order to better serve our clients, we use Vagaro for all booking, intake forms, and checkout processes. A Vagaro account is required to book an appointment and fill out the necessary Intake forms. When prompted to log in, please use your existing Vagaro account (if you have one) or kindly create a new one when filling out the Intake form.
Your client account will also allow you to maintain your client profile, set notification preferences, book appointments online, make contactless payments, and post reviews. A mobile app is available and can be used with other establishments that use Vagaro.
To ensure safe and proper treatment, all clients must have a current Intake, Policies, & Liability Waiver form on file with us. The required form may be fill out online HERE.
Once your signed form has been received and your request is accepted, a text message and/or email will be sent to you to confirm your booking. A confirmation request will also be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment time. These messages help prevent any charges the may be incurred for late cancellations and no-shows. You may opt out by changing your Vagaro account settings.
All In-Clinic services are provided at our studio which is conveniently located in Mililani Town.
