After wearing high heels for over 40 years in the workplace, I ended up with extreme pain and tightness on my right foot, especially the ball of my feet near my toes. I also felt numbness on my big toe and had a callus under the toe for many years, but I ignored it. Now that I'm retired, the pain could no longer be ignored because it impeded my wanting to be more active. Foot support inserts helped ease the discomfort, but never fixed the problem. I had several sessions of deep tissue laser therapy with Vivian and it really helped ease the pain. My foot feels softer and I no longer feel tightness and numbness. I was even able to wear dress shoes with 1.5 inch heels at my daughter's wedding with no pain! Of course I learned my lesson and will no longer be wearing high heels. LOL. I also see Vivian monthly for a full body massage. She always finds the right areas that need to be worked on and fixes the issues. She is very accommodating and truly cares about my wellness. What a great experience! Went to see Vivian because had back & knee pain. First session did a whole body massage. Session really relaxed my body but what was surprising was that she found my right shoulder was all knotted up. Didn't know my range of motion was so limited. Had a second session & she concentrated on my shoulders & knee. Feeling so much better than before!! Went to a chiropractor for several sessions with no obvious results. 2 sessions with Vivian have been with very positive results. Awesome experience!!

I have seen Viv for a medical grade massage for chronic pain and extreme tightness every other Thursday for almost 2 years now. She's done more to help with my chronic pain than any doctor or other medical therapist or specialist or drug. I can't say enough how amazing Viv is at finding and working out all the tightness and painful knots and helping me feel better. I've reduced my pain meds intake by a third (which is substantial for me...or anybody really) and am on course to further reductions and soon should be off all prescribed pain meds. I don't make many recommendations, but she has my highest endorsement ever and for always. She has many tools in her arsenal and is highly skilled in scraping, cupping, hot stones, red light, and is learning and already very good at using her feet too which I especially love for my deep leg and glute pain. I was completely miserable when I started seeing her, and I can't stress enough how much she's changed my life for the better. I'd go without a lot of things before I gave up seeing Viv. Best money I spend every month without a doubt. 1000000/10 recommend!!!!

I have been going to Vivian for body work and general massage for about 4+ years now. When I first arrived I had wear and tear issues from work (fitness coaching). My body feels better now than it did even in my 20’s. Her attention to detail and tracking of my bodies needs has been amazing. I go 1x-2x a month for maintenance and it makes a major difference. Vivian is Wonder Woman! I started seeing her 9 months ago and I am hooked. I never had regular massages with a masseuse so I never knew how massages could help. I am 59 years old and since I was 35, I had intermittent lower back spasms. These muscle spasms would occur at least twice a year when I wasn’t paying attention to the way I turned or lifted something even very light.

My back issue was confirmed by 2 different physicians with X-rays, and neither could see anything wrong so it’s deduced as back spasms. I saw one chiropractor and one physical therapist early on and seeing them didn’t really help. Once I have the spasms occur, my back is out for at least a week or 2 and since I am a blue-collar worker, I can’t fulfill my regular duties while I heal. I am miserable when I am healing because I can’t get comfortable while I sleep so I am not fully rested. I asked Vivian to focus on my lower back problem and she works on this twice a month. She did tell me that I can back off to once a month but I am spoiled now. I’m keeping my twice a month appointment.

I also noticed a couple more things. There was always a tightness to my lower back and I always had to be 100% aware of every movement of my lower back. Now I don’t feel anything so I am much more relaxed. I also travel monthly to the mainland and I noticed that my back doesn’t get stiff after sitting on a 5-hour flight. Prior I was getting up slowly and I can feel twinges and the tightness to my back and had to gingerly get up and loosen up first so I don’t’ throw off my back.

Vivian is fantastic, I came in for a "combo-massage" with her. My massage was amazing. She is knowledgeable, uses great technique, and is an excellent communicator (when asked how much pressure I prefer) and she did a fantastic job. I wish I could visit her every week. Vivian is so attentive to my needs. She first asks if there are specific areas that need attention, but while she’s working on me, she’ll uncover tightness in areas I didn’t realize were tight!

Recently I had injured my arm/shoulder and because of pain had lost some flexibility and strength, which caused me to adjust my exercise routine. Vivian has been working on it regularly whenever I see her, and it’s helped tremendously!

A year ago I seriously injured my lower back, right foot and arm. I’ve had five separate procedures requiring injections to alleviate nerve pain. The shots allowed me to start physical therapy which actually made it worse and caused major setbacks.

Six months ago I started seeing Vivian for what I call “healing” massage therapy. I was walking with a cane and my range of motion was limited to about 30%. It was painful to move as my whole body seemed to ache from compensating for the weakness in my back. She systematically started me with massage and later incorporated assisted stretching into our sessions. Vivian then introduced scraping and cupping to assist in the healing process. I felt so encouraged by the success of each session. I was finally able to sleep and move around with little or no pain for a few days at a time. Today, I have very good range of movement with very little pain. I would be in a sea of despair and pain without Vivian’s help!

A few months later, I partially tore the tendons and ligaments in my tricep and bicep and was diagnosed Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. It was painful and difficult to do simple things such as washing my hands, showering, and brushing my teeth. Dropping things like my electric toothbrush was a normal occurrence. I had three shots in my arm to reduce the pain and swelling but it didn’t help very much. Vivian did a similar regime on my arms as she did with my back, and today I am able to do the little everyday things without pain.

I am currently on the mend but would not be this far along without her help. Over the years I have seen at least 20 different massage therapists including high end spas and resorts around the world. Vivian is the best I have experienced. She has been instrumental throughout my healing process and I cannot recommend her enough!
