Meet Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Vivian, the therapist behind Eirene Massage + Bodyworks.

I help people living with chronic pain, tension, physical stress, and recovery demands feel and move better through intentional, assessment-informed massage and bodywork. Sessions are adjusted based on what your body needs rather than following a routine approach.

My work combines therapeutic massage and focused bodywork with slower, more attentive care designed to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and encourage recovery.

Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate myofascial work, trigger point therapy, cupping, IASTM, stretching, heat therapy, and other focused techniques when appropriate.

How I Work

No two bodies — or even two days in the same body — feel exactly alike.

Some sessions may focus on relieving tension and calming the nervous system, while others may involve more focused therapeutic work to address pain, restriction, overuse patterns, or limited mobility.

I pay close attention to how your body responds throughout the session so the work can adjust naturally based on your comfort, goals, and feedback.

Many clients seek out Eirene Massage + Bodyworks when they are looking for more than a standard relaxation massage — especially those dealing with chronic tension, physically demanding work, repetitive strain, recovery demands, or ongoing movement restrictions.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people from many different walks of life — including athletes, office workers, caregivers, laborers, military members, veterans, first responders, retirees, and individuals looking to move through daily life with less pain and tension.

My goal is to provide care that feels professional, grounded, and attentive without feeling rushed or impersonal.

Philosophy of Care

I believe bodywork should feel intentional, attentive, and responsive.

Sessions are never rushed or routine, and treatment is adjusted thoughtfully based on your goals, comfort, and feedback.

My approach focuses on helping people move with less pain, greater ease, and improved mobility through consistent, individualized treatment.
