Integrated Techniques

A range of therapeutic massage and bodywork techniques may be incorporated throughout treatment depending on your needs, goals, and what feels most appropriate that day. Not every technique is used in every session. Care is adjusted thoughtfully based on how your body feels that day to support mobility, recovery, comfort, and overall function.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger point therapy focuses on areas of localized tension and sensitivity that may contribute to discomfort, referral patterns, or movement restriction. Pressure is applied gradually and adjusted based on your comfort and tissue response.

Cupping

Cupping therapy uses negative pressure to gently lift tissue and create space within restricted areas. This technique may help reduce tension, encourage circulation, improve mobility, and support recovery within overworked or restricted areas.

IASTM

IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) uses specialized tools to work with areas of soft tissue restriction and tension. Treatment may help improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and support overall tissue movement and function.

Heat Therapy

Heat therapy uses warmed stones or tools to deliver gentle, consistent warmth to targeted areas. Heat may help reduce guarding, encourage circulation, and create a greater sense of ease during the session.

Mobility & Stretch Therapy

Mobility and stretch therapy incorporates assisted stretching and movement-based techniques to support flexibility, joint mobility, and overall movement quality.

Ashiatsu

Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique that uses overhead bars for balance and control while applying broad, consistent pressure through the feet. This approach allows for deeper pressure without excessive sharpness or strain and is often helpful for chronic tension, dense muscle patterns, and long-standing areas of restriction.
