Welcome

Thank you for your interest in booking a session with Eirene Massage + Bodyworks. Below is everything you need to know to request an appointment, complete intake forms, and prepare for your visit.

Whether you are coming in for focused treatment, recovery work, mobility support, or ongoing care, sessions are adjusted thoughtfully throughout treatment based on your goals, comfort, and feedback.

Your first visit includes time to discuss your goals, health history, areas of concern, and any lifestyle or movement factors that may be contributing to tension or discomfort. This helps establish a clearer starting point and direction for care.

Requesting an Appointment

Text is the preferred method for appointment requests and scheduling questions. You’re welcome to reach out at any time.

To help with scheduling, please include:

  • Your full name
  • How you found the practice
  • Two to three preferred dates and time ranges

You may also check availability and request appointments through the online booking system. Online availability is limited, but you are welcome to join the waitlist if your preferred times are unavailable.

Please note: Vagaro requires an account for online booking and digital intake forms. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one during the booking process.

Completing Intake Forms

All new clients are asked to complete intake and consent forms prior to their appointment. Intake forms help establish a clearer understanding of your goals, health history, current concerns, and how your body is feeling at the time of treatment.

Intake forms are reviewed and updated every two years, or sooner if significant health changes, injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions occur.

Please complete the intake form here.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between massage and bodywork?

Massage generally focuses on relaxation, circulation, muscular tension relief, and overall wellness through hands-on care.

Bodywork is typically more focused and assessment-informed, using a variety of therapeutic techniques to address specific areas of tension, movement restriction, recovery, or chronic discomfort.

At Eirene Massage + Bodyworks, sessions often incorporate elements of both depending on your goals, areas of concern, and what feels most appropriate that day.

Do I need to know exactly which service to book?

Not necessarily. If you are unsure where to begin, you can start with a First Visit session. Feel free to reach out before scheduling.

What should I wear?

Most clients arrive in comfortable everyday clothing. Depending on the session, care may include full-body massage, focused bodywork, stretching, or mobility-based work. You will always be appropriately draped, and your comfort remains a priority throughout the session.

Will the session be painful?

The work should feel intentional and therapeutic, not overwhelming. Pressure is always adjusted based on your comfort level, goals, and feedback. Some focused areas may feel more sensitive or intense at times, but communication is always encouraged throughout the session.

How often should I come in?

Session frequency depends on your goals, lifestyle, recovery needs, and how your body is feeling between visits. Some clients schedule occasionally for general upkeep, while others benefit from more consistent treatment during periods of pain, recovery, or increased physical demand.

Do you offer packages or ongoing care options?

Yes. Preferred rates and structured care options are available for clients maintaining a regular treatment schedule. Additional information can be found on the Care Options page.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Cash and major credit or debit cards are accepted. Secure payment processing is provided through Vagaro.

What if I'm running late?

Please reach out as soon as possible if you are running late. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for clients scheduled afterward.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation charge. Full policy details are provided within the intake and consent forms prior to booking.
