If you don’t already have a Vagaro account, you’ll be prompted to create one during the booking process.

4. Prepare for Your Visit

To ensure the best experience, here’s how to prepare for each stage of your visit:

Pre-Arrival

  • Arrive 5 Minutes Early
Arriving a few minutes early gives you time to relax, fill out any remaining paperwork (if needed), and settle in.
  • Dress Comfortably
Wear loose, comfortable clothing for easy movement. You can change when you arrive, but it’s best to come in attire that helps you feel relaxed during and after your session.
  • Avoid Heavy Meals or Caffeine
To get the most out of your massage, avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or caffeine at least 1-2 hours before your appointment.
  • Hydrate
Drink plenty of water before your session to help prepare your body to fully benefit from the massage.
  • If You’re Not Feeling Well
If you’re not feeling well in the hours leading up to your appointment, please reach out to reschedule. I’m happy to find a better time for you when you're feeling better.

During the Session
For an effective treatment session:

  • Communicate Your Preferences
Your safety and comfort are my priority. If there are areas you’d like to focus on or avoid, or if you have a preferred pressure level, please let me know. Our goal is to tailor your treatment to meet your unique needs.
  • Turn Off or Silence Your Phone
To preserve a calm atmosphere and minimize distractions, please silence or turn off your phone.
  • Relax and Breathe
During the massage, take deep breaths and try to relax. If at any point you’re feeling uncomfortable, don’t hesitate to speak up so I can adjust. Therapeutic treatment does not have to be painful to be effective!

Post-Session
To continue getting the most from your massage, here are a few important tips:

  • Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water after your session to help flush out toxins released during the massage and support your body’s recovery.
  • Avoid Strenuous Activity
While light, everyday activities and mild exercise are fine, try to avoid intense physical activity for the rest of the day. This gives your body time to fully absorb the benefits of the massage. Also, keep in mind that relaxed muscles may temporarily have less strength.
  • Be Gentle with Your Body
You may feel relaxed or experience slight soreness after the massage, which is completely normal. Light stretching or walking can be beneficial, but avoid overexerting yourself.
  • Listen to Your Body
If you experience any discomfort or have any questions following your session, feel free to contact me. I’m here to help!

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. I’m excited to work with you and support you on your path to wellness!
