  • Two to three preferred dates and time ranges

A response is typically provided within 24 hours.

Online
You can also check availability and book directly through my online booking system here.  If the available times don’t fit your schedule, you’re welcome to join the waitlist.

Please note: A Vagaro account is required to book appointments and complete intake forms. If you don’t already have an account, you’ll be prompted to create one during the booking process.

2. Complete the Required Form

All clients must complete the Intake, Policies, and Liability Waiver forms prior to their appointment. This information helps ensure your session is safe, effective, and tailored to your needs. Please complete the form here.

Vagaro is used for booking, forms, and checkout to keep the process streamlined and secure.

3. Appointment Confirmation

Once your forms are submitted and your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation by text or email. A reminder will also be sent 48 hours before your session. Notification preferences can be managed within your Vagaro account.

5. Location & Directions

All services are provided at the Mililani Town studio. To maintain privacy and a calm experience, the address and parking details will be shared once your appointment is confirmed.

4. Prepare for Your Visit

To ensure the best experience, here’s how to prepare for each stage of your visit:

Before You Arrive

  • Arrive about 5 minutes early to give yourself time to settle in
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  • Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or caffeine for 1–2 hours beforehand
  • Stay hydrated to help your body respond well to treatment
  • If you’re not feeling well, please reach out to reschedule

During Your Session

  • Please silence your phone to maintain a quiet, relaxing environment
  • Communication is encouraged—let me know if you’d like adjustments to pressure, positioning, or focus at any time
  • Therapeutic work does not need to be painful to be effective; treatment can always be adjusted to stay within your comfort level

After Your Session

  • Drink water to aid recovery
  • Keep activity light for the rest of the day
  • Mild soreness can occur and is typically temporary
  • Reach out with any questions or concerns after your session
