Thank you for your interest in booking a session with Eirene Massage + Bodyworks. Below is everything you need to know to request a session, complete your intake forms, and prepare for your visit.



1. Request an Appointment

Text is the preferred method for appointment requests. You’re welcome to reach out at any time. To help with scheduling, please include:

  • Your full name
  • How you found the practice
  • Two to three preferred dates and time ranges

Responses are typically provided within 24 hours.

Online
You may also check availability and request appointments through the online booking system here. Online availability is limited, but you are welcome to join the waitlist if your preferred times are unavailable.

Please note: A Vagaro account is required for online booking and digital intake forms. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one during the booking process.



2. Complete Your Intake Form

All clients are required to complete the Client Intake, Informed Consent & Policies form prior to their session. This information helps ensure treatment is safe, effective, and appropriate for your individual needs and goals.

Vagaro is used for scheduling, intake forms, appointment reminders, and secure payment processing.



3. Appointment Confirmation

Once your session is scheduled and your forms are completed, you will receive a confirmation by text or email. A reminder message will also be sent approximately 48 hours before your appointment.

Notification preferences can be adjusted within the Vagaro app.



4. Prepare for Your Visit

To help you get the most from your session, please review the following recommendations:

Before You Arrive

  • Arrive about 5 minutes early to allow time to settle in
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing
  • Avoid heavy meals, alcohol, or excessive caffeine for 1–2 hours beforehand
  • Stay hydrated to help your body respond well to treatment
  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment

During Your Session

  • Please silence your phone to help maintain a quiet, relaxing environment
  • Communication is always encouraged — pressure, positioning, and treatment focus can be adjusted at any time
  • Treatment is always adjusted based on your comfort level and how your body responds during the session

After Your Session

  • Drink water and allow time for recovery
  • Keep activity lighter for the remainder of the day when possible
  • Mild soreness or temporary tissue sensitivity may occur following treatment
  • Please reach out with any questions or concerns after your session



5. Location & Directions

All services are provided at the Mililani Town studio. The exact address and parking instructions will be shared after your appointment has been confirmed.



Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between massage and bodywork?
Massage generally focuses on relaxation, circulation, muscular tension relief, and overall wellness through structured hands-on treatment.

Bodywork is typically more focused and assessment-informed, using a variety of therapeutic techniques to address specific areas of tension, movement restriction, recovery, or chronic discomfort.

At Eirene Massage + Bodyworks, sessions often incorporate elements of both massage and focused bodywork depending on your individual needs, goals, and how your body responds during treatment.

What should I wear to my appointment?
Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. Clients will always be properly draped during treatment.

Will the session be painful?
Not necessarily. Therapeutic work does not need to be painful to be effective. Pressure and treatment approach can always be adjusted based on your comfort level and how your body responds during the session.

How often should I come in?
Treatment frequency depends on your goals, symptoms, lifestyle, and how your body responds to care. Recommendations may vary from short-term focused treatment to longer-term maintenance scheduling.

What if I'm running late?
Please contact the office as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for clients scheduled afterward.

Services are provided in Mililani Town. Exact location and parking details are shared after booking confirmation.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash and major credit or debit cards are accepted. Secure digital payment processing is provided through Vagaro.

What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours notice incur no charge. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation charge. No-call / no-show appointments are charged the full session fee.

Do you offer packages or maintenance options?
Yes. Preferred rates and structured care options are available for clients maintaining a regular treatment schedule. Additional information can be found on the Care Options page.
